Michael A. Fabrizio, M.A., BCBA, LBA-WA, CCEP®, CHC®, CHA℠, CHPC®, CHPSE®

Michael Fabrizio is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst who is also a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP®), Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC®), Certified Healthcare Auditor (CHC℠), Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC®), and a Certified HIPAA Privacy and Security Expert (CHPSE®).

Michael has worked as a behavior analyst for over 30 years, serving in both clinical and administrative leadership positions in multiple agencies. Michael has presented more than 100 papers related to his clinical and compliance work and has published his work in such professional journals as the Journal of Precision Teaching and Celeration, the Behavior Analysis Digest, the European Journal of Behavior Analysis, the Behavior Analyst Today, and the Journal of Speech Language Pathology and Applied Behavior Analysis.

In terms of corporate compliance for ABA agencies, Michael specializes in privacy and security requirements; billing, coding, and clinical documentation; auditing; and conducting and documenting investigations into possible compliance-related incidents.

Michael resides in Seattle, Washington with his husband of over 20 years and served as a partner, Clinical Services Supervisor, Compliance Officer, and Privacy & Security Officer within the Organization for Research and Learning (ORL) a behavior analytic private practice that works with learners with autism. Michael was also an on-campus adjunct professor of behavior analysis for ten years at the University of North Texas Department of Behavior Analysis, an on-campus adjunct professor for five years in the Applied Behavior Analysis master’s program at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Michael is a member of the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts, the Health Care Compliance Association, the Society for Corporate Compliance and Ethics, the American Health Information Management Association, the International Association of Privacy Professionals, the American Institute of Healthcare Compliance, and the Health Ethics Trust.

Michael also volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA)/Guardian ad Litem (GAL) for the King County Dependency CASA program where he serves as an independent voice advocating for the best interests of children who have experienced neglect or abuse.

Rose Feddock, M.A., BCBA, LBS-PA, CPCO®

Rose Feddock is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Specialist as well as a Certified Professional Compliance Officer® with over 25 years experience in the field of behavior analysis as well as community mental health, serving in clinical, administrative,  and compliance roles across multiple organizations and treatment settings. 

Rose served in the role of Compliance Coordinator and Director of Standards for the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence, leading a committee that developed industry standards designed to ensure high-quality service delivery for consumers of applied behavior analysis and supported a variety of organizations in applying those standards, providing clear, ethical, and practical guidance. Additionally, Rose has served on ethics committees, helping clinicians navigate complex ethical 

dilemmas and providing guidance that ensures compliance with professional codes of ethics while also offering practical solutions that support ethical decision-making in real-world scenarios. 

Rose also supported a variety of organizations in applying those standards, providing clear, ethical, and practical guidance. Additionally, Rose has served on multiple ethics committees, helping clinicians navigate complex ethical dilemmas and providing guidance that ensures compliance with professional codes of ethics while also offering practical solutions that support ethical decision-making in real-world scenarios. 

In terms of corporate compliance for ABA agencies, Rose specializes in policy and procedure development and application; clinical documentation; auditing and monitoring systems; and responding to possible compliance-related incidents including investigation and documentation. 

Rose lives in Northeast Pennsylvania surrounded by family, friends and pets.  She maintains membership in professional societies in the fields of applied behavior analysis as well as healthcare compliance.
